Total allover body workout using lap swimming and powerful aerobic moves in deep and shallow water. Participants need to be prepared to swim and challenge themselves in this class. |

30 minutes of slow paced exercises to increase range of motion and flexibility, followed by 30 minutes of open swim or water walking. |

Instructor leads aerobic and strengthening exercises for an excellent workout in the warm shallow water of James Madison Pool. Cardiovascular movement for 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of water walking. |

Wake up with this 45 minute shallow water aerobic class and get your body pumping! |
| Get Up & Go with H20! |
Low level water aerobic class. You do not need to know how to swim as all exercises are done in the shallow end of the pool. |

Use a floatation belt in deep water to offer virtually no impact on joints while maintaining an aerobic workout. |
